Returning Unwanted Items

You will need to notify us within 14 days of your items being delivered, they will also need to be in a completely unused condition, none of seals or packaging can be damaged/broken. All items are check weighed upon being returned to us.

You Choose - Return postage is to be paid for by you the customer, it is entirely your completely your choice how you do this, we do recommend you use a tracked and insured service, we cannot cover any loss or damage to your items.

Prepaid Label - We are able to offer you a pre-paid returns label if needed, the postage amount will be deducted from your overall refund amount. The pre-paid label cost varies from order to order, but you will be full informed of the cost before the label is generated.

Returning Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged please inform us immediately, we will then assist and provide the support required to resolve the issue.


Once a refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the refund amount and reason.

PayPal Refunds - Typically appear within 24 hours, but can take upto 10 days

Debit/Credit Card Refunds - Typically appear within 3-5 day, but can take upto 10 days
